If you're like me, you love a good trip to Ikea. Eat some swedish meatballs, look at some cheap furniture, get depressed about the furniture you have at your house, but have you ever wondered what would happen if Ikea were taken over by demonic, evil ghosts? No? Well if you did, this book is for you.
But it's not Ikea, it's "Orsk" and it follows the story of Amy, an employee who really doesn't want to be there. She is asked by her manager, Basil, to stay after one night and investigate some strange occurrences with some other team members. Bingo, bango, bongo, and there's ghosts. But not just regular Casper type ghosts, I'm talking about some straight up, Evil Dead type, psychotic ghosts.
This book gets dark, and I mean, REALLY dark. I knew it would be a horror story (just look at the title of the book... and the cover too! Just like an Ikea catalog but with a weird paranormal theme), but I was surprised at how graphic this book really is. If you like horror books and Ikea, this is for you. If you have a weak stomach, then avoid Horrorstor and maybe those meatballs.
I love to read and to discuss books. My preferred genre is sci-fi but I like to read mostly anything.
